The right way to brief a web developer

A major part of our basic SME e-business training module is how to brief a web developer properly. We know ourselves what a difference a good brief makes to our ability to deliver on time and accurately a website that we and the client can be proud of.

But all too often there is an inadequate brief or no written brief at all. Leaving both parties exposed to misunderstandings and mistakes. Lets face it you do know your business better than the average web developer does.

Our E-business Workbook was put together with a group of web developers in Mid Wales a couple of years ago as part of a project to improve the standards of tourism websites in the region. Now updated we are making it available as a free download.
