What you must legally include in your websiteYou probably already know that if you are a limited company there is certain information that you must include in official correspondence such as invoices and letterheads. Well, with effect from April 1st 2007, these regulations are extended to Irish websites and electronic communications too. And non-compliance can cost you dearly. These requirements are already law in many other European countries. So those of us doing business in Germany, for example, know that to engender trust corporate information has been essential for several years. So what is it you need to include?
