Our hosting for your site and content management system is provided by our partners Hosting 365 who maintain three diverse, redundant physical locations for servers and equipment, all of which are monitored 24/7 from their West Dublin Network Operations Centre (NOC). Our three co-located servers are hosted in the Data Electronics centre, which is located next to the Hosting365 NOC in West Dublin, and the sites are co-located in the InterXion centre in Park West.
Hosting 365 maintain a redundant, triangulated network between the three facilities, providing unmatched reliability and redundancy.
Our three servers are behind a firewall configured for maximum security and we undertake our own security maintenance and patching of servers in accordance with operating system requirements.
Our co-located fail over server is unique for low cost updatable websites and carries overflow traffic or cuts in, in the unlikely event of an outage in the primary server. Changes to applications and web site updates are backed up onto this secondary server at frequent intervals during the day ensuring that changes are not lost and that even during primary server maintenance our sites are never down.
